Call your credit card company and dispute the charge, it doesn’t matter how long ago you signed with onestopmotors. If you dispute the charge you will automatically get your money back.

Make a statement to your credit card company to WIN your dispute: It’s easy!
You should state that onestopmotors made a fraudulent charge to your credit card.
State that you never gave onestopmotors final authorization to bill you.
State that you called onestopmotors, they told you “no refund” because they had already built an ad for your vehicle.
State that you checked out the ad they claimed to have built, you saw they are not advertising your car, instead onestopmotors is using a “stock photo”.
You can state you feel onestopmotors is trying to scam you.
IMPORTANT - Tell your credit card company you never signed and returned the onestopmotors advertising agreement and let credit card company know that any advertising agreement that onestopmotors produces with your name on it is a fraud.
Dont Worry about the verification call you did with onestopmotors. Credit Card companies will not accept such verification calls as evidence against you.
